The heritage preservation camp was organized for the first time at the Róka grange in Nosa. Our camp was attended by teachers and tradition-loving young people who learned about the importance of preserving traditions through crafts, interactive games, dance and singing workshops. The main theme of this year's camp - Young People and Traditions. The programme of the camp included: felting, storytelling, dance, self-awareness training, team games, leather crafts and many other topics related to the preservation of our traditions.
During the seven days, the lecturers alternated between one and two days.
Six lecturers participated in the camp, namely Zsófia T. Békésapáti - feltmaker, Dezső Koós - leather artist, Léda Siling - ethnographer, Margit Fenyvesi - folk embroiderer, Anikó Plavšić - pastoral psychologist and Valentina Bagi - folk singer.
As part of the camp, the campers had the opportunity to make their own dinner as part of a team effort, which was nothing less than a baked pie, and for the sweet tooth, they baked chocolate and jam buns.
During the camp we also had the opportunity to host another local camp who came to join us twice during the week and joined the workshops of the day.
